Key Responsibilities:- Guest Reception: Welcome guests upon arrival and facilitate smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
- Customer Service: Respond professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns while providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Reservation Management: Allocate appropriate rooms to guests and manage booking and cancellation processes.
- Administrative Duties: Process payments, maintain accurate records, and manage phone calls and mail.
- Coordination with Other Departments: Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain Reception Area: Ensure the reception desk is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Requirements:- Previous experience in customer service or reception within the hospitality sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (PMS).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of English or other languages is a plus.
