Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre-qualification and registration with new clients.
  • Visiting clients and achieving sales objectives.
  • Reporting weekly activities to the Marketing & Sales Manager.
  • Identifying customer service requirements through personal rapport with potential clients.
  • Preparation of proposals and support in proposal preparation.

Technical Expertise:
Depth of knowledge in market analysis, business intelligence, communication, interpersonal relationships, and negotiation skills.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical).
  • 5+ years of experience in business development and sales, especially with government entities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Commercial knowledge on project costing and margins.

Job Summary
The Sales Engineer – HVAC is responsible for driving HVAC product and solution sales by providing technical expertise, commercial support, and customer engagement across projects. The role bridges engineering knowledge and sales execution, ensuring customer requirements are translated into compliant, competitive, and profitable HVAC solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new HVAC project opportunities with contractors, consultants, and end users.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: inquiry, technical clarification, quotation, negotiation, and order booking.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Review HVAC project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and scope of work.
  • Select suitable HVAC systems (VRF, DX, Packaged Units).
  • Prepare technical submittals, compliance statements, and deviations.
  • Prepare accurate pricing and quotations aligned with company guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, CSD, Factory, Supply Chain).
  • Support contract clarifications, value engineering, and revisions.
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors, project managers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Attend technical meetings, design reviews, and negotiations.
  • Support order release, delivery alignment, and post‑order clarifications.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.

Experience
0–3 years of experience in HVAC sales or project engineering.

Technical Skills
  • HVAC system design basics.
  • Product selection & heat load understanding.
  • Knowledge of Saudi codes, standards, and consultant practices.

Soft Skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
