As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the financial success of our food and beverage operations while maintaining our high service standards. Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations of all food & beverage outlets including restaurants, lounges, room service, and banqueting.
- Coordinate activities between the kitchen, service, and support departments to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Maintain hygiene and quality standards as per Raffles and Accor policies.
- Analyze performance metrics to maximize profits while delivering luxury service.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of engagement and continuous improvement.
- Handle guest feedback and ensure memorable service recovery.
- Collaborate with culinary and marketing teams on unique dining concepts and seasonal offerings.
- Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and cost control.
- Promote sustainable practices in alignment with our environmental commitments.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in F&B management in luxury hotels or resorts.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic and other languages are advantageous.
- Prior experience in pre-opening environments is a plus.
