Job Overview
As the Security Manager, you will be instrumental in creating a secure and welcoming atmosphere for our guests and team. You will report directly to the Resort Manager and be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring safety and security procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement safety and security procedures for the hotel.
• Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.
• Oversee security operations and maintain a safe environment.
• Establish emergency protocols and train security personnel.
• Conduct security audits to evaluate and enhance current practices.

Qualifications:

• Professional diploma or certificate in Safety and Security (preferred).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in security management within a larger hotel or resort.
• Strong operational and administrative skills.
• Excellent leadership abilities to manage multicultural teams.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness and security systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Supervision & Quality Assurance: Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to brand standards.
• Guest Experience & Service Excellence: Ensure attention to detail in guest rooms and address any requests or concerns promptly.
• Team Leadership & Development: Motivate and train housekeeping staff to maintain service excellence.
