Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Supervision & Quality Assurance: Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to brand standards.
- Guest Experience & Service Excellence: Ensure attention to detail in guest rooms and address any requests or concerns promptly.
- Team Leadership & Development: Motivate and train housekeeping staff to maintain service excellence.
- Coordination & Communication: Collaborate with Front Office and Engineering to maintain seamless operations.
- Standards, Safety & Compliance: Enforce hygiene and workplace safety standards consistently.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Housekeeping in a luxury hotel environment.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or Housekeeping Operations is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
Personal Attributes:
- High standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
- Flexible with the ability to work shifts.
