Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and escort guests to their rooms, handling luggage and ensuring room cleanliness.
• Anticipate customer needs, particularly for those with special requirements, and provide tailored services.
• Process orders accurately while maintaining an in-depth knowledge of menu items.
• Conduct guest registration and cashiering, ensuring seamless communication.
• Address customer dissatisfaction promptly and professionally according to company procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock levels in the Butler Pantry and Reception Desk.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:

• A relevant Technical/Vocational Diploma.
• 2-3 years of experience in the international luxury hospitality sector.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Strong leadership skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in a multicultural environment.

About The Job
At InterContinental The Red Sea Resort, we believe that exceptional service is not just a promise — it’s a way of life. We are seeking a refined, attentive, and service-oriented Butler to join our prestigious Residences team and deliver bespoke experiences to our long-stay and VIP residents.

Your Responsibilities:
As a Butler, you will serve as the main point of contact for our residents, offering personalized assistance and ensuring every request is anticipated with grace, discretion, and efficiency.

• Provide personalized and professional service to residents, anticipating their preferences and needs.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
• Arrange in-residence experiences such as dining, laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance requests.
• Welcome new residents and provide orientation to property facilities and services.
• Handle residents’ special requests and manage their daily itineraries or appointments as required.
• Maintain complete confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of discretion.
• Ensure all interactions reflect the InterContinental The Red Sea Resort brand standards and Forbes service culture.

What We Need From You:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Butler or Guest Relations professional in a luxury hotel, residence, or private estate.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for delivering luxury service.
• Exceptional grooming standards and professional presentation.
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Attention to detail, flexibility, and a proactive service mindset.
