Key Responsibilities:- Deliver bespoke, intuitive service throughout the guest journey, from pre-arrival to post-departure.
- Welcome guests with personalized suite orientation and manage all guest requests including dining reservations, amenities, and special occasions.
- Maintain immaculate presentation of suites and coordinate closely with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism, ensuring swift resolution and satisfaction.
- Support arrival and departure experiences, including in-room check-in and express check-out.
- Promote resort services and identify opportunities to enhance the guest stay.
Qualifications:- 2–3 years’ experience as a Butler or in a similar luxury guest service role within a 5-star hotel or resort.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for luxury hospitality and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
