About the PositionAs a Housekeeping Supervisor at Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas to meet our high standards. Your leadership will ensure a consistent product and service quality for our guests.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise all tasks of your team.
- Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms, balconies, corridors, linen rooms, and pantries.
- Supervise public areas to maintain set cleanliness standards.
- Ensure replenishment of guest supplies and promptly respond to guests’ requests.
- Report damage or malfunctions in hotel rooms using the ** system.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and repair standards.
- Conduct daily briefings and regular room checks with staff.
- Record room status accurately and report any unusual activities to the Assistant Housekeeping Manager.
- Comply with health, safety, and hygiene policies.
- Attend meetings and training as required.
Qualifications:- Proven track record in successfully leading and motivating a team.
- Previous supervisory experience in hospitality is preferred.
- Good computer skills; familiarity with Property Management Systems is an advantage.
- Physically fit to lift heavy objects and stand/walk throughout shifts.
