Join our team as a Mechanical Draftsman at Absal Paul!
In this role, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and systems schematics as well as developing 2D and 3D models of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting. You will utilize specifications, Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings, and data from the engineering team to ensure accurate designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed designs for mechanical systems and schematics.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and best practices while coordinating with engineers and project managers.
• Draft technical details, specifying dimensions, materials, and procedures.
• Prepare engineering mechanical shop drawings that enhance detail plans.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in drafting is required.
• 57 years of experience as a Mechanical Draftsman.
• Experience in an engineering/construction company is preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MEP Revit is a must.
• Excellent technical communication skills to work effectively with the engineering and project team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to incorporate construction inputs.
• Able to meet strict deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe software.
