We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled AutoCAD Draftsman to be part of our growing team in Dammam. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in converting concepts into detailed technical, shop, and architectural drawings using AutoCAD software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop detailed technical drawings and shop drawings.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to contextualize drafts.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Make necessary revisions and maintain organized project documentation.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Technical Drawing and ability to develop accurate Architectural Drawings.
• Strong knowledge of architecture and related design principles.
• Demonstrated proficiency with AutoCAD software.
• Understanding of engineering concepts and municipal requirements.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in residential and commercial projects is an asset.
• Degree or certification in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field is required.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Drafting & Design:

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings and layouts for various projects.
• Interpret engineering sketches, specifications, and design data.
• Prepare redline and as-built drawings to meet required standards.

2. Software Proficiency:

• Efficiently use AutoCAD and MicroStation for drafting tasks.
• Maintain and manage drawing files based on project requirements.

3. Quality & Standards:

• Ensure drawings meet applicable standards and client specifications.
• Conduct quality checks and incorporate revisions as needed.

4. Coordination & Communication:

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for technical integration.
• Communicate effectively to confirm design details.

5. Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of drawings and revisions.
• Provide status updates on drafting progress.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in 2D drafting using AutoCAD and MicroStation.
- Strong knowledge of design principles in various sectors.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with large-scale projects and familiar with international drafting standards.
- Familiarity with Bentley MicroStation and SACS Drawing Standards is a plus.
