His responsibilities include: attracting and recruiting talents, preparing and implementing training and development programs, managing employee files and entitlements, and dealing with the General Organization for Social Insurance and the Ministry of Human Resources, along with experience in government platforms. Proficiency in using computer programs and monitoring schedules and payrolls, attendance and departure, and the ability to work within a team and communicate effectively with various administrative levels is required.
