Duties and Responsibilities:
Searching for talents and attracting suitable candidates to fill the vacant positions.
- Managing the recruitment process from posting advertisements to selecting final candidates.
- Conducting initial interviews and assessing skills and personalities.
- Coordinating with various departments to identify hiring needs.
- Using various recruitment platforms (such as LinkedIn, Jobs, and others) to reach the best candidates.
- Improving the candidate experience during the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment and hiring.

- High communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet required goals.
