The purpose of the job: To efficiently implement recruitment processes to attract the best talents from various nationalities, in line with the company's needs and policies. Responsibilities: Coordinating with departments to determine recruitment needs. Managing job advertisements, screening resumes, and conducting interviews. Familiarity with recruitment procedures and dealing with relevant entities both internally and externally. Effective communication with candidates from multiple nationalities, ensuring their alignment with job requirements. Preparing recruitment reports and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. Creating employee files and following up on their updates. Required qualifications: Previous experience in recruitment or staffing. Proficiency in Arabic and English. High communication and organizational skills and the ability to work with diverse cultures.
