About the role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our HR team at Zimam Company, a leading company in the contracting, operation, and maintenance sector. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while supporting key HR operational functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and candidate databases.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate pipelines, and hiring effectiveness.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
  • Support the administration of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook guidelines.
  • Coordinate with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate employee data and records.
  • Support employee relations activities by addressing routine HR inquiries and providing guidance on HR policies.
  • Assist in managing leave records, attendance tracking, and HR documentation.
  • Prepare HR reports, maintain HR metrics, and assist with audits or compliance requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, or general HR roles.
  • Knowledge of recruitment techniques and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • HR certification (*, SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Experience supporting HR operations in a growing or multi-department organization.
  • Familiarity with HR compliance requirements and HR reporting.
