- Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Implementing procedures, systems, and forms specific to monitoring branch employees’ attendance and various types of leave and modifying forms as needed in addition to applying attendance monitoring systems and ensuring their compliance with official working hours. Applying annual, sick, and emergency leave policies and procedures, as well as other types of leave specified in the approved holiday and leave policy, and implementing promotion procedures, loaning, and end of service, and recording all incidents of employees in accordance with the approved systems and procedures. Dealing with employee complaints, observations, requests, and inquiries in a professional manner and effectively raising issues to the department manager in case of their emergence. Updating information related to employees and providing it to the employee services team by registering and documenting all information related to the agency’s employees such as promotions, training courses, and matters related to salaries and benefits, preparing specialized documents and reports related to human resources operations, providing suitable recommendations and appropriate solutions, presenting and clarifying them, and preserving them in their respective database according to the approved policies and procedures.
