At Al Dossary Trading & Real Estate, we are looking for a professional with strong experience in human resource management to contribute to enhancing a productive and effective work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with employees and organize communication between them.
• Manage human resources through technology applications.
• Knowledge of local labor systems and social insurance.
• Develop strategies for incentives and training programs.
• Draft terms and conditions for employees.
• Prepare the company's terms and conditions regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher diploma.
• Experience of 2 to 7 years in the same field.
• Familiarity with labor laws in the Kingdom.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

• Experience in dealing with employees and communicating with them and coordinating. • Previous experience in managing human resources through human resources applications. • Experience using HR management platforms (Qiwa, Mudad, Ministry of Labor, Social Insurance) and others. • Familiarity with labor systems in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. • Full commitment to work and working hours. • Ability to develop and govern work in human resources management. • Ability to provide initiatives that serve the establishment through its employees, such as courses and incentives that help in productivity and overall returns. • Drafting the terms and conditions and general and private contracts for the establishment in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and familiarity with them. • Preparing a list of terms and conditions for the company.
