Join MEEM as a Human Resources Specialist!
At MEEM, we pride ourselves on being a pioneer in electrical motors manufacturing in Saudi Arabia. With over 100 years of experience, we deliver innovative, economical, and excellent engineering solutions. We are currently looking for a skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team in Dammam.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Recommend improvements to departmental policies and implement control procedures.
  • Coordinate onboarding orientations and manage candidate document collection.
  • Prepare employment contracts in accordance with Saudi labor law.
  • Execute the onboarding process and conduct orientation for new joiners.
  • Process employee records, leave requests, and attendance.
  • Maintain employee data and issue necessary documents such as letters and certificates.
  • Support payroll processes and handle loans and advances requests.
  • Assist in training and development programs.
  • Archive all employee documents securely.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by management.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the HR field.
