Join Our Team as an HR Project Manager!We are excited to announce an opportunity for an HR Project Manager to lead our major Re-Route Project in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This role is integral to the success of our project, managing human resources operations and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end HR operations for the project, including mobilization, onboarding, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law, company policies, and client requirements.
- Coordinate manpower planning, workforce deployment, and demobilization.
- Liaise with project management, site teams, and the HR head office.
- Handle employee relations and HR documentation.
- Prepare manpower reports and support audits and inspections.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR experience, preferably in construction, oil & gas, or project-based environments.
- Proven experience in a project HR leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law.
