• Good knowledge of the residential real estate market in the Kingdom.

• Submit daily reports on submitted requests and clarify the status of those requests.
• Follow up on delivery procedures and resolve customer issues.
• Coordinate with the Verification and Contract Processing Departments for request status updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and increase efficiency.
• Train the sales support team and propose improvements for performance.
• Prepare performance and sales reports, and distribute tasks among the team.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales or customer service, especially in supervising sales teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess customer needs and provide accurate solutions.

Designing aluminum kitchens according to client needs using specialized programs such as AutoCAD and SketchUp.

Create innovative and practical designs while considering the available spaces and the client's personal preferences.

Provide consultations for clients regarding the selection of materials, colors, and suitable designs.

Conduct interviews with clients to understand their needs and preferences and provide appropriate solutions.

Advise the client on available materials, color options, and other details related to kitchen design.

Present proposed kitchen designs to clients and explain technical and functional details.

Negotiate with clients to ensure the completion of sales and achieve financial goals.

Use technical skills to visualize and select appropriate designs for different spaces.

Ensure that aluminum kitchen designs align with the latest market trends.

Supervise staff within the branch and ensure that the required target is achieved.
