We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong client relationships and exceed sales targets. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, presenting our products/services effectively, and closing deals to contribute to the company's success.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and ensure strong market presence.
* Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
* Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing or potential customers to meet their needs.
* Reach, and exceed, weekly/monthly sales quotas and goals.
* Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
* Track customer interactions, transactions, follow-ups, and status.
* Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
* Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
