Main tasks:
- Implement recruitment procedures for establishments (advertising - screening - interviews - hiring).
- Prepare and document employment contracts and follow up on hiring and termination of service.
- Manage employee files and update their data.
- Follow up on attendance, vacations, social insurance, and the Madad system.
- Implement procedures through relevant government platforms.
- Provide support and consultations in human resources matters.
- Prepare simple reports on human resources activities.
- Adhere to the regulations of the Ministry of Human Resources and relevant authorities.
Requirements:
- An appropriate degree in human resources or equivalent (preferred).
- Knowledge of government systems and platforms.
- High organization and accuracy in work.
- Ability to deal with more than one establishment.
