We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Operations Specialist with 25 years of experience to join our team in Riyadh.

Location: Riyadh, altaawoun district

  • Job Duties and Responsibilities:Handle and administer all employees’ legal documents, not limited to obtain, renew and cancel work visas, employment contracts, work permits, residencies, etc.
  • Follow-up and manage of all governmental platforms Qiwa, GOSI, etc.
  • Administer the monthly payroll
  • Monitor employees’ attendance and leaves
  • Prepare workers timesheets & related reports
  • Follow up on accommodation, rentals, and other housing issues
  • Maintain an up-to-date records in the HR database
  • Keeping records for all office files and documents
  • Assist in the recruitment process, screen CVs and coordinate interviews
  • Ensure the timely acquisition of all necessary permits, licenses and government approvals, adhering strictly to legal requirements and avoiding any penalties
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi legal authorities and stay informed about changes in laws, regulations and government policies that may impact the Branch                  
  • Generate various periodic reports as required
  • Represent the company at different offices and Governmental Departments
  • Perform various administrative tasks as needed


  • Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or any related field
  • 25 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience in Saudi Arabia
  • Understanding of labor law
  • Numerical proficiency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Arabic and English
