HR Operations Specialist is required to work in a leading company, with at least 1 year of experience in the field of human resources. The candidate must be able to work within a team and under pressure.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
• Follow up on hiring procedures, end of services, and updating employee files.
• Preparing and implementing training and development plans for employees.
• Managing the payroll, benefits, and social insurance system.
• Monitoring employee attendance and departure, and managing vacations.
• Preparing periodic reports related to human resource performance.
• Contributing to the development of human resource policies and procedures.
• Coordinating with different departments to meet their human resources needs.
