As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating interactions with various government entities and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dealing with Government Entities:
    • Follow up on renewals of licenses and work permits.
    • Represent the company at governmental departments.
    • Submit government applications through various platforms.
  • Compliance Assurance:
    • Ensure the company’s operations comply with local laws.
    • Monitor updates in governmental laws and report to management.
  • Transaction Processing:
    • Manage entry and exit visas, residency permits, work permits, and sponsorship transfers.
    • Coordinate attestations with the Chamber of Commerce.
  • Compliance Monitoring:
    • Prepare periodic reports on governmental activities.
  • Saudization & Labor Compliance:
    • Monitor Nitaqat status and ensure compliance with Saudization policies.
  • Technical & Administrative Skills:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
    • Draft and manage formal communications.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Business Administration, or Human Resources.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with government platforms.
  • Thorough knowledge of local laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Proficient in using platforms (Qiwa, Mudad, Social Insurance, Baladi, Civil Defense, Abshir Business, Najiz, etc.).
  • Familiarity with the Odoo system.
  • Good understanding of Saudi labor laws.
  • Strong communication skills, high organization, and the ability to work under pressure.
