Key Responsibilities- Source and procure construction materials, MEP systems, equipment, and services in accordance with project requirements.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical submittals to ensure accurate purchasing decisions.
- Prepare and issue RFQs/RFPs, evaluate technical and commercial bids, and participate in vendor negotiations.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, planning, and site teams to align procurement activities with project timelines.
Qualifications & Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- 3–7 years of experience in purchasing/procurement within real estate development or construction projects.
