Role Overview:
We are on the lookout for a Senior HR Specialist with 3–5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This full-time, on-site position focuses on managing essential HR functions, implementing HR policies, and enhancing employee experience. You will play a vital role in workforce planning, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations, and assisting in daily HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Support and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee relations and workplace matters.

Qualifications:

Job Description:
We are looking for an HR intern to join the operations team, where they will contribute to supporting and implementing daily procedures related to HR operations, and gain practical experience in a professional environment focused on efficiency and organization.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Support daily HR operations in coordination with the operations team.
  • Contribute to managing and updating employee data in internal systems.
  • Assist in preparing and following up on contracts and job files.
  • Monitor attendance and departure and prepare related reports.
  • Coordinate with various departments regarding HR requests.
  • Support recruitment procedures, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
  • Contribute to improving and documenting work procedures within the department.

Requirements:
