Join EED Clinic as a Call Center Agent!In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and potential clients. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Answering phone calls in a polite and efficient manner.
- Providing accurate information about medical services, working hours, and service prices.
- Directing calls to appropriate departments or specialists.
- Conducting sales calls to promote medical services and special offers.
- Scheduling appointments for new and returning patients.
- Following up on previous calls to ensure customers receive the required service.
- Regularly updating the customer database.
- Analyzing call data to identify trends and improve performance.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and documents related to the call center.
- Carrying out additional administrative tasks as needed.

Eligibility Requirements:- Open to Saudi nationals or children of citizens or citizens’ spouses.
- At least a high school diploma.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Full-time availability.
