Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production line workers
• Plan and organize production schedules to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime
• Ensure that all production activities comply with food safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies
• Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to resolve problems quickly
• Maintain accurate production records, including output, waste, and quality control data
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Quality Control, Maintenance, and Logistics, to ensure smooth operations
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and ensure a safe working environment for all employees
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Science, Production Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 35 years of experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse production team
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
