About the Role:
As a Production Supervisor, you will:

• Implement Lean Manufacturing processes to eliminate waste.
• Foster a work environment where every employee's contributions are valued and understood.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines.
• Drive quality for our luxury vehicles through in-station process control.
• Lead efforts to control expenses and improve productivity.
• Analyze costs and manage quality issues effectively.
• Develop and implement training plans for team members.
• Set production goals and communicate them clearly.

What You Bring:
The ideal candidate will possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or 5 years of equivalent experience.
• 3 years of experience in automotive production supervision.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement, Kaizen 5S, and Six Sigma processes.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach teams in Safety, Quality, and Productivity to meet standardized work objectives.
• Monitor safety occurrences and act as the first responder when needed.
• Ensure production lines run safely, smoothly, and produce quality parts through Process Confirmation.
• Support continuous improvement and drive problem resolution at all operational levels.
• Manage daily material handling functions, ensuring proper flow from receiving to delivery.
• Direct and support teams in their tasks while promoting a safe work environment.
• Handle administrative and supervisory duties and prepare necessary reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations or Engineering, preferably with a focus on Stamping.
• 8+ years’ experience in automotive stamping, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• LEAN and TPS certifications are a plus.
• Proficient in engineering and production management software, including ERP systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

We are recruiting for one of the leading food manufacturing companies in Jeddah. As the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations within a meat processing facility, ensuring efficient production while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and monitor audit outcomes.
• Participate in corrective and preventive actions related to KPIs and operational gaps.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and training.
• Manage production KPIs through daily and monthly meetings.
