Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities on blown film extrusion lines.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of extruders and related equipment.
• Monitor output, downtime, waste, and raw material usage.
• Lead and coach operators and technicians on shift.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance to maintain product quality and address any non-conformities.
• Support basic setup, changeovers, and machine parameter control.
• Coordinate with maintenance for breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
• Enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE), personal protective equipment (PPE), and 5S standards.
• Prepare shift/daily reports and update ERP/SAP records.

Qualifications:

• A Technical Diploma or equivalent hands-on experience in plastics or manufacturing is required.
• Working knowledge of blown film extrusion (single or multilayer lines).
• Supervisory experience is preferred; strong senior operator or line leader profiles will also be considered.
• Technical and troubleshooting skills (mechanical/process).
• Ability to use ERP/SAP or similar systems (training can be provided).
• 2+ years’ experience in blown film or plastics production (supervisory exposure is a plus).
• Willingness to work shifts is essential.

About the Role:
As a Production Supervisor at Match, you will lead and coordinate the activities of the production team to ensure that production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met. This position requires a strong leader dedicated to driving operational efficiency while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Key Accountabilities:

• Supervise daily production activities to meet production goals and quality standards.
• Manage, train, and evaluate production staff, ensuring they have the skills and resources necessary to perform efficiently and safely.
• Monitor and enforce safety policies to ensure a safe workplace for all employees.
• Coordinate workflows and collaborate with other departments such as maintenance and quality control for smooth operations.
• Troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime and achieve targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies regarding safety and quality.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities for maintenance and cleanliness.
• Prepare production reports and communicate results to management.
• Assist in the development of process improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
• Foster a motivated and engaged production staff, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.
