Elite Factory announces its need for an employee (Quality Supervisor and Production Control)

We are looking for a disciplined and leadership personality to join our team, to take responsibility for comprehensive monitoring of product quality and workflow in the factory.



📋 Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Technical Quality Monitoring: Conducting periodic tests of products, including measuring the PH level and ensuring compliance with approved specifications.
  • Supervision of Cleanliness: Ensuring the cleanliness of the factory, production lines, and equipment daily before and after work.
  • Discipline Control: Monitoring workers' performance, adherence to working hours, and ensuring timely delivery of orders without delay.
  • Reports: Submitting daily reports on production status, sample quality, and any violations in discipline.



✅ Conditions and Qualifications:

  • Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in (Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field).
  • Experience: Previous experience working in factories (preferably someone with a background in labor management).
  • Skills: Strong personality, decisiveness in work, and high attention to detail.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in using laboratory measuring tools (such as a PH meter).

The salary includes housing allowance and transportation to the factory
