Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of dining room staff
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any issues or complaints
• Assist in staff training, including proper serving techniques, menu knowledge, and customer interaction
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
• Handle reservations, seating arrangements, and special requests from customers
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies

Candidate Requirements:
