- Perform all tasks as required by your assigned outlet while ensuring thorough knowledge of all menu items and services offered.
- Understand and implement upselling techniques for restaurant offerings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area and follow all safety, hygiene, and health guidelines.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Participate in training, attend all staff meetings, and assist with scheduled inventories.
