Key Responsibilities:- Prepare detailed budget estimates using benchmark data.
- Facilitate Value Engineering workshops to find economic solutions.
- Conduct site visits to assess work progress and provide recommendations.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives through cost engineering techniques.
- Review project designs and ensure budgets align with scope.
- Monitor economic trends affecting project costs.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- 10–15 years of experience in cost engineering or cost control.
- Experience on large-scale residential or mixed-use projects in KSA.
- Familiarity with FIDIC contracts.
- Proficiency in cost management software and Excel.
