Join KBR, Inc. as a Heavy Equipment Maintenance Supervisor!In this essential role, you will support the Superintendent by identifying key success factors, timing of procurement deliverables, and establishing effective work breakdown structures. You will lead the creation of the organizational structure required to fulfill our service requirements, ensuring quality, subcontractor performance, and adherence to construction costs.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate Equipment service execution for compliance with contract, design data, schedule, cost budgets, and quality.
- Advise the project team on status, issues, impacts, risk, and cost factors that influence ongoing scope.
- Take ownership of the Equipment craft schedule and produce short-term look-ahead schedules aligned with the execution plan.
- Review and monitor cost and man-hour budgets for installation processes.
- Ensure the safe and efficient dispatching of equipment as per approved PTW.
- Assess the Daily Checklist Reports from operators to identify any equipment issues.
- Monitor job statuses in accordance with PTW and close out equipment requests within the designated time-frame.
Typically, this position requires at least 5 years of experience in the building construction industry with extensive knowledge in related crafts. You will handle various heavy equipment, including cranes, forklifts, and boom trucks, ensuring they are in optimal condition for use.
