Key Responsibilities:- Inspect Raw Materials: Evaluate compliance with Saudi FDA regulations.
- Monitor Hygiene Practices: Ensure staff adherence to hygiene and food handling standards.
- Sanitation and Equipment Checks: Maintain cleanliness and proper calibration of kitchen tools.
- Pest Control Management: Conduct inspections and implement corrective actions.
- Supervise Waste Management: Oversee waste practices and subcontractor compliance.
- Sub Kitchens Auditing: Conduct inspections and compile reports on compliance.
- Internal Audits: Perform audits and document non-compliance trends.
- Training: Provide training on hygiene standards to staff.
- Emergency Preparedness: Develop protocols for food recall and maintain certifications.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or related field.
- HACCP and ISO 22000 certifications recognized in Saudi Arabia.
- 0-3 years of experience in quality control or food safety management.
- Comprehensive understanding of Saudi food safety regulations.
- Proven training and compliance abilities.
