Key Responsibilities:- Inspect fresh fruits and vegetables upon receiving.
- Monitor storage conditions and product freshness.
- Ensure proper handling, rotation, and hygiene standards.
- Identify and reject non-conforming products.
- Support the team in maintaining high fresh food quality standards.
Requirements:- Experience in fresh food / fresh produce quality control.
- Strong knowledge of freshness indicators and shelf-life management for fruits and vegetables.
- Understanding of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP).
- High attention to detail and strong judgment skills.
- Food safety certification is preferred.
