AntifatPlus, a leading establishment specializing in the production of healthy meals, is seeking a Quality Controller to oversee operations in Jeddah and Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily monitoring of product quality.
• Ensure raw materials meet health and quality standards upon receipt.
• Check storage temperatures of refrigerators and freezers to adhere to permissible limits.
• Oversee food preparation processes to ensure compliance with health regulations at every step.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitization of preparation tools and equipment.
• Monitor compliance with health regulations in branches and central kitchens.
• Ensure employees wear necessary food safety equipment (gloves, masks, head covers).
• Track expiration dates and prevent usage of expired materials.
• Document and review any cases of waste or spoilage and recommend appropriate actions.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on production quality and kitchen observations.
• Provide training to staff on proper food safety practices (GHP/HACCP).
• Conduct surprise inspections of branches and central kitchens.
• Analyze recurring issues and provide solutions to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in food safety or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in restaurants or food industry.
• Knowledge of food safety systems (HACCP/GHP).
• Strong reporting and follow-up skills.
• High attention to detail and discipline.
• Ability to work in-field across branches and kitchens.
