Job Purpose:This position aims to maintain full compliance with quality requirements such as regulatory standards and customer requirements by conducting inspections, supervising hygiene practices, training staff, and supporting accident prevention.
Responsibilities:- Implementing and maintaining quality and safety standards across food service operations through routine inspections.
- Ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Conducting internal audits and supporting external audits.
- Providing training on quality and food safety.
- Participating in risk assessments.
- Identifying active issues and responding to them promptly.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or Food Technology
- Experience ranging from 4 to 5 years
- Knowledge of food safety management systems.
