Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related field
• Knowledge or courses in Quality Control (QC) / Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Proficiency in English

Experience Required:

• Previous experience in manufacturing or production environments
• Experience in product inspection and monitoring production lines
• Able to work in the field and travel as needed

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and monitor product quality during and after manufacturing
• Ensure products meet approved specifications
• Document inspection results and observations accurately
• Coordinate with the Quality Assurance Supervisor to address quality concerns
• Be prepared to work as a primary Quality Controller in the company’s new factory

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English.

• Previous experience in manufacturing.

• Strong ability to manage and supervise work teams.

Job Purpose:
To establish, implement, and monitor the quality management system across the group of companies, ensuring standardized procedures and improving performance in all departments to achieve operational efficiency and compliance with approved policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a quality system suitable for the nature of the companies’ operations.
• Prepare and update work policies and procedures for all departments.
• Monitor departments’ adherence to approved procedures.
• Conduct periodic internal audits and report to senior management.
• Identify weaknesses and improvement opportunities and propose appropriate solutions.
• Address non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare and monitor quality performance indicators (KPIs).
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure consistent work practices.
• Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement among employees.
• Train employees on procedures and quality requirements.
• Follow up on customer complaints, analyze their causes, and propose improvements.
• Prepare the company for any future quality certifications or accreditations (such as ISO).

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in quality or process improvement.
• Good knowledge of quality systems and procedures, and process organization (*, ISO 9001).
