Key Responsibilities:- Develop and enforce quality control protocols.
- Monitor product freshness, packaging standards, and order accuracy.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff on quality standards.
- Conduct root cause analyses for quality issues.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams for compliance.
- Report quality metrics and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
Qualifications:- 57 years of experience in quality assurance or operational excellence in grocery/FMCG/retail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety standards.
- Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
