We are seeking a passionate and driven Telecom Sales Specialist to be part of our esteemed company, Specialized Enterprise Systems (SES), located in Riyadh. This role is essential in driving new business opportunities and delivering innovative telecom solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the telecom and ICT sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals tailored to customer requirements.
  • Conduct product presentations and solution demonstrations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Requirements:
  • 5–6 years of relevant sales experience in telecom technologies such as Radio, Microwave, OSP, or ICT solutions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential.
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Ability to understand customer technical requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Arabic speaker preferred.
  • Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
