Join Abdulaziz Alzaid Professional Consulting Company as a Senior Real Estate Appraiser. We are building a strong real estate valuation division in Riyadh and are seeking a qualified professional to prepare valuation reports in accordance with international standards and the requirements of the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers (TAQEEM). This role includes business development and client acquisition, along with the ability to establish clear methodologies, ensure quality outputs, and contribute to the automation and enhancement of internal workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead real estate appraisal projects from scope definition to final report issuance.
  • Prepare professional valuation reports that comply with international standards and TAQEEM requirements.
  • Apply appropriate valuation methodologies and document assumptions and evidences systematically.
  • Build and operate a quality control system: internal reviews, standardizing report structures, and maintaining discipline in report issuance.
  • Develop business by building professional relationships and securing appraisal opportunities.
  • Organize proposals and contracts, managing client interactions effectively.
  • Contribute to improving and automating internal appraisal workflows.

Basic Requirements:
  • Proven 5+ years of experience in real estate appraisal within Saudi Arabia or similar work environment.
  • Experience in writing and issuing complete appraisal reports with high quality.
  • Strong understanding of international valuation standards and reporting requirements.
  • Proven ability in business development.
  • Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and a good command of English.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Riyadh with field visits as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Membership/License from TAQEEM – Real Estate Valuation Branch.
  • Background in recognized appraisal/consultancy firms.
  • Experience in improving appraisal processes.
  • Familiarity with Power BI / SQL.
