Following up on residency procedures, transfer of sponsorship, job changes, issuance and renewal of work permits.
Completing visa procedures (work, exit and return, final exit).
Coordinating with the Human Resources Department regarding the employment of non-Saudi employees.
Following up on employee subscriptions and updating their data in social insurance.
Representing the company before government agencies when needed.
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and approved government regulations.
Preparing periodic reports on the status of government transactions and compliance rates.
Monitoring any updates or changes in government regulations and informing the management.
Coordinating with internal departments to prepare the required documents for government agencies.
Preserving and archiving all documents and government transactions in an organized manner.
