Management and execution of all transactions related to the company's government relations. Following the Ministry of Human Resources platforms: Qiwa, Mudad, Nitaqat, Localization, Hadaf. Following up on residency procedures, transfer of sponsorship, job changes, issuance and renewal of work permits. Completing visa procedures (work, exit and return, final exit). Coordinating with the Human Resources Department regarding the employment of non-Saudi employees. Following up on employee subscriptions and updating their data in social insurance. Representing the company before government agencies when needed. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and approved government regulations. Preparing periodic reports on the status of government transactions and compliance rates. Monitoring any updates or changes in government regulations and informing the management. Coordinating with internal departments to prepare the required documents for government agencies. Preserving and archiving all documents and government transactions in an organized manner.

  • Previous supervisory experience in construction, refinery, or fabrication industries.
  • Knowledge of steel erection, welding, blasting, and painting procedures.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of industrial safety standards and QA/QC procedures.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with structural steel projects and protective coating systems.
  • Familiarity with coating inspection standards and welding practices.
  • Ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple site activities.
  • Computer knowledge for reporting and documentation.
