Join Our Team as a Production Supervisor!At Abdullah A. Al-Barrak & Son Co., we are looking for a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee our polycarbonate solid sheet extrusion line. This role is crucial in maintaining production flow and ensuring quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and ensure the production flow for the extrusion line.
- Complete production plans within the planned time frame.
- Check production output against specifications.
- Guarantee the quality of the products in accordance with the Quality Plan.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly objectives, communicating these to employees.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Production or relevant field.
- Sound knowledge of sheet extrusion molding machine processes.
- Prior experience with extrusion lines.
- Ability to manage and lead a team of 20+ employees.
