Responsibilities:
- Sell hotel room nights through direct client contact; maintain a high level of visibility for the hotel in major market areas through direct sales solicitation, telephone contacts and written communication.
- Achieve personal and team sales goals as assigned.
- Implement hotel-level tactical sales plans to achieve greater profitability, increase average rates, occupancy, and enhance hotel image.
- Develop relationships with local community groups and companies; attend conventions and trade shows to promote business and increase sales.
- Produce monthly reports and sales forecasts for assigned areas of responsibility.
- Actively participate in forecasting, goal setting, and the annual budget process.
- Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication with all hotel departments.
- Interact with guests to ensure total satisfaction and with various external contacts to ensure repeat business and generate new business.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 4 years of experience in a hospitality or hotel sales and marketing setting, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Fluent in Arabic and English; other languages are preferred.
- Ability to perform the job requires frequently standing up or moving within and outside of the facility.
