Role Summary:
Deera Company announces its need to appoint a Sales Manager with a strong leadership background in the coffee and beans equipment sector. The primary goal of this role is to design and implement integrated sales strategies to increase the company's market share, manage the full sales cycle from recruitment to contract signing, while ensuring sustainability of relationships with key clients.
Strategic Responsibilities:
Sales Planning: Preparing annual and quarterly plans (Sales Forecasting) in line with the company's financial objectives.
HORECA Sector Management: Targeting and developing the hotel, restaurant, and café sector, providing integrated technical solutions (machines + coffee supply).
Performance Management: Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team and monitoring execution to ensure sales targets are achieved.
Market Analysis: Studying competitors and identifying opportunities and threats in the growing coffee market.
Partnership Management: Negotiating major contracts and managing agreements with distributors and strategic partners.
Required Qualifications:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Work Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least two years in a leadership position within the coffee or hospitality sector.
Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of the technical specifications of coffee machines (Espresso Machines) and green coffee and roasting supply chains.
Languages: Full proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Personal Skills: Exceptional negotiation abilities, analytical thinking, and leadership skills for multi-tasking teams.
