ROLE PURPOSE:
Oversee all sales activities, strategies, and initiatives for both the head office and our gym locations. Strong background in sales management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for driving results.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to drive performance and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize sales processes and customer experience.
  • Prepare and present regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management and stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market trends, competitor activities, competitive threats, and market changes to inform sales strategies.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers, vendors, and industry partners to negotiate favorable terms and agreements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and advertising campaigns that drive customer engagement and sales.
  • Develop and implement training programs for sales team members to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and product offerings to identify areas for differentiation and competitive advantage.
  • Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at improving sales processes, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and stay updated on industry developments.
  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies and initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and lifetime value.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of sales channels, distribution networks, and pricing strategies to optimize revenue generation and profitability.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, development, and innovation within the sales team to drive long-term success and growth.
  • Responsible for Call Centre daily operations.
REQUIREMENTS FOR ROLE:
  • Experience & qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the fitness or retail industry.
Knowledge & skills:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to travel to gym locations as needed.
