In this key role, you will analyze local market trends and competitor activity to develop effective strategies that establish the hotel as a leader in the marketplace. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Analyzing market trends to identify business leads.
  • Developing customer accounts and driving business into the hotel.
  • Negotiating room rates/packages with corporate clients.
  • Implementing creative local marketing strategies, including on social media.
  • Preparing company contracts aligned with current business conditions.
  • Cooperating with other departments to create exceptional guest experiences.
  • Producing timely reports for the Sales Director and senior management.
  • Managing staff performance in compliance with policies.
