Join Our Team as a Cost Accountant!We are seeking a highly qualified Cost Accountant to join our finance team at Rawad Al-Tarh. This role is critical in ensuring accurate cost control, budgeting, and profitability analysis across our factory operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, analyze, and report on cost structures, variances, and performance metrics.
- Monitor and control raw material, labor, and factory overhead costs.
- Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and pricing decisions.
- Manage inventory costing and implement appropriate cost accounting methodologies (Standard Costing / Activity-Based Costing).
- Deliver actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and enhance profitability.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in cost accounting in an industrial/manufacturing setting (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of ERP/accounting systems with advanced Excel proficiency.
- Exceptional analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
