Key Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans and managing classroom activities.
• Provide individualized support to students in understanding and completing assignments.
• Collaborate with teachers to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Prepare educational materials and set up classroom spaces.
• Support student assessment processes and maintain records of progress.
• Supervise students during non-classroom times like lunch and recess.
• Assist with classroom management and promote positive behavior.
• Engage in parent-teacher conferences and communicate student progress as required.
• Adapt teaching materials to meet diverse learning needs.
• Stay updated with educational technology and assist in its classroom implementation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field preferred.
• Teaching Assistant certification or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience working with children in an educational setting.
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in lesson planning and student assessment techniques.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language skills preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Patience and effectiveness in working with students of diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in educational software and basic computer skills.
• Understanding of child development and learning theories.
• Familiarity with Saudi educational standards and practices.
• Willingness to adapt to the local culture in Al Khobar.
