Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and execute all sales activities to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Ensure comprehensive coverage of accounts and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Negotiate prices with customers for both transient and group business.
  • Promote and generate sales leads for Rotana.
  • Provide feedback on changing marketing conditions and competition trends.
  • Maintain files of major accounts and assist in account management systems.
  • Adhere to selling strategies and maximize upselling opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications:
You should hold a degree in sales and have a minimum of two years of postgraduate experience, ideally within the hotel industry. Proficiency in English and excellent presentation and communication skills are essential.
