As a Personal Assistant to the General Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining an efficient Executive Office.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the recruitment process for expatriate associates and manage work visas and permits.
- Maintain expatriate associates’ personal files with strict confidentiality.
- Compile and submit timely management reports.
- Record minutes of meetings and ensure accurate translation of documents.
- Supervise the performance of departmental secretaries and provide training as needed.
- Coordinate special reservation requests made through the Executive Office.
- Complete other assigned duties to support the Executive Office.
What We Are Looking For:- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role within a medium to large hotel.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:- A degree in Business Administration is preferred, but not required.
- Certification in Secretarial or Administration skills is an advantage.
