Join Our Team as a Freight Forwarding Specialist!

Job Objective:
To efficiently manage and execute freight shipping operations, ensuring timely delivery in accordance with regulations while achieving the highest levels of accuracy, commitment, and operational quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and arrange domestic and international shipping operations.
Issue and prepare shipping documents (bill of lading, invoices, packing lists).
Liaise with shipping companies and customs brokers.
Track shipment status until final delivery.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and instructions.
Address any delays, damage, or loss of shipments.
Enter and continuously update shipping data in the approved system.
Coordinate with warehouses to ensure shipment readiness.
Prepare periodic reports on shipping performance and on-time delivery indicators.
Control costs and improve the efficiency of transportation operations.

Required Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain/Logistics or equivalent.
2–4 years of experience in shipping or logistics.
Knowledge of shipping and customs regulations.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.
Fluency in English (reading and writing).

Skills and Competencies:

Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Accuracy in data entry and document review.
Effective communication skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
Understanding of operational performance indicators (OTDs, Lead Time, Shipping Accuracy).
