You will play a vital role in ensuring that all guests receive courteous, proactive, and personalized service, while maintaining the luxurious atmosphere that Fairmont is known for.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure prompt and courteous service to guests at all times.
- Clean and maintain all butler areas, including rooms and pantries.
- Check expiry dates of perishables and manage resources efficiently.
- Liaise with Private Dining to ensure guest preferences are met.
- Maintain high standards of appearance and discipline.
- Manage guest supplies carefully.
- Upsell hotel products tactfully.
- Take special care of long-staying and occasion-celebrating guests.
- Communicate effectively with the Resident Service Manager and team.
- Report maintenance faults in guest rooms promptly.
Qualifications:- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment.
- Good organizational and guest engagement skills.
- Ability to manage a multi-cultural workforce.
- Knowledge of Housekeeping Operations and Opera Property Management System is preferred.
- Post-Secondary education is a plus.
