Rateeb Services is a housekeeping company specializing in professional cleaning and property preparation for short-term rental hosts and property owners. We are seeking a Housekeeping Specialist to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.

The Role

This full-time, field-based position involves traveling with a team member between various short-term rental properties across Jeddah and Makkah. The primary responsibility is to ensure each property is thoroughly cleaned, prepared, and ready for incoming guests according to Rateeb’s standards. The role requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare short-term rental properties following Rateeb’s cleaning standards and checklists.
• Clean all property areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.
• Make beds and change bed linens and towels.
• Restock toiletries, cleaning supplies, and other guest provisions as needed.
• Remove and dispose of waste properly.
• Conduct post-cleaning inspections to ensure property readiness for guests.
• Check inventory and report any missing or damaged items.
• Take required photos of the property upon cleaning completion.
• Adhere to property-specific cleaning instructions and checklists.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or other problems to the Rateeb team.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and attention to detail.
• Travel between different properties across Jeddah during working hours.
• Work efficiently as part of a two-person housekeeping team.
• Follow Rateeb’s operational procedures, schedules, and quality standards.
• Maintain professional behavior and appearance at all times.

Work Schedule and Driving Requirements

This is a full-time position, 6 days per week. Working hours are determined by daily cleaning bookings and operational needs. Overtime may be offered for work performed on Fridays or for hours exceeding official daily hours, up to a maximum of 2 additional hours per day, subject to Rateeb’s policies. The role requires daily travel between properties, and candidates must possess a valid driving license and demonstrated ability to drive a manual-transmission minivan safely and confidently. The Housekeeping Specialist will be responsible for navigating efficiently between properties and adhering to Rateeb’s transportation and safety procedures.

Compensation

The salary for this position is SAR 1,800 per month.
