Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with large customers and DSV network offices
- Manage air/sea freight and cross-border shipments
- Coordinate with network offices and third-party suppliers for seamless shipment movement
- Ensure complete file handling, coordination, billing, and timely invoice submission
Skills and Competencies Required:- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus
- A team player with multitasking abilities
