Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for offering expert legal support and guidance pertaining to our construction operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts and subcontracts.
- Advising on compliance with labor laws, environmental regulations, and health and safety standards.
- Providing legal counsel on regulatory changes and risk management.
- Coordinating with external legal counsel on disputes and litigation.
- Assisting with claims management and compliance documentation.
QualificationsApplicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law; a Master’s or specialization in construction law is a plus.
- A valid license to practice law in Saudi Arabia.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in legal advisory roles, particularly in the construction or infrastructure sector.
- Strong legal knowledge surrounding construction contracts such as FIDIC and a good understanding of regulatory frameworks.
- Exceptional negotiation and analytical skills.
